Healthy Pregnancy Classes:

FREE class for women in their first or second trimester, with time for exercise and refreshments.

Wear something comfortable, have a pillow and water bottle handy and bring your partner or a friend.

• Recognizing/Reporting Signs of Trouble 

Childbirth Preparation Classes:

A series of FREE Childbirth Classes for women in their third trimester, their partners and families.  Each class includes time for exercise and refreshments. Classes can be held privately or in groups. 

Wear something comfortable, have a water bottle handy and bring a pillow or physiotherapy ball.

Topics can include:

• Staying Healthy in the Third Trimester

• Future Contraception

• Cord Blood Banking and Stem Cell Research

• Taking Care of Your Newborn

• Understanding Newborn Health Screenings and Vaccination Schedules

• Baby-Carrier Demonstrations
